Service Description

We start the project with a reflection on interest groups and Corporate Purpose. Next, we measure the company’s sustainability behavior in five vectors: government, workers, clientele, community and environment. We use the Impact Assessment B tool for this.

Based on this analysis, we define objectives and strategic initiatives to improve behavior in sustainability, and we provide support in monitoring their implementation. On the other hand, we draw up a Communication Strategy that should allow us to highlight the actions carried out.
