Service Description

We accompany companies throughout the process of drawing up equality and diversity plans. We offer support in the constitution of the Negotiating Committee of the Plan and carry out a diagnosis of the current situation in the different business areas. We draw up plans that facilitate the implementation of strategies and practices regarding equal opportunities.

Who is it aimed at?

This service is aimed at all companies that are obliged to have an Equality Plan in accordance with RDL 6/2019. All those with a workforce of 50 or more employees.
